Terms & Conditions

Version 1.0 Last updated July 7 2026 Applies worldwide · Governed by Indian law

The short version

Be 18 or older. Tutto is for adults.

Be decent. The community guidelines are part of these terms.

People are people. Hosts and members are independent. We do not run background checks. Meet with care.

Not a dating app. Romantic or sexual advances get you permanently removed.

Your content stays yours. We take only the permission needed to run Tutto. We never sell it.

01

Who we are and what you are agreeing to

Plain words: using Tutto means you accept these terms.

Tutto is an app for discovering activities happening near you and joining or hosting them. These terms are an agreement between you and Tutto. By creating an account or using the app or this website you accept them. If you do not agree with something here then please do not use Tutto.

Our privacy policy, community guidelines and safety tips form part of this agreement. Questions are welcome anytime at hello@tutto.app.

02

Who can use Tutto

Plain words: you must be an adult with one truthful account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tutto. You may hold one account and the details on it must be accurate and belong to you. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 18 or misrepresents who they are we may suspend or remove it.

03

Your account

Plain words: keep your login to yourself and tell us if something looks wrong.

You are responsible for your account and for everything that happens through it. Keep your login credentials private and do not let anyone else use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access then contact us right away so we can help secure it.

04

Using Tutto

Plain words: use the app as intended and follow the guidelines.

Use Tutto only for its intended purpose of discovering, joining and hosting real activities. The community guidelines describe the standards for behaviour and content on Tutto and breaking them is a breach of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the service. That includes accessing it through automated tools or bots, scraping data, probing or disrupting our systems, reverse engineering the app or using Tutto to send spam or unsolicited promotion.

05

Activities and meeting people

Plain words: we show you what is happening. The people are real and unvetted. Meet smart.

Tutto is a discovery platform. Activities are created and run by members and hosts who are independent from us. We do not organise activities and we do not conduct background checks or identity verification of members. When you join an activity you are choosing to meet other people at your own judgement.

We strongly encourage you to read our safety tips before your first meetup and to report anything that feels wrong directly in the app. To the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for the conduct of any member whether online or offline.

06

Hosting an activity

Plain words: if you put a plan on the map then run it honestly.

When you host you agree to describe the activity accurately, to show up for it and to update or cancel it promptly if plans change. Choose venues you are allowed to use and keep the activity lawful and safe for the people joining.

If your activity involves a cost such as a class fee or a venue booking then state it clearly upfront so members see it before they join. Hosting is for genuine community activities. Using activities to advertise a business requires our prior approval through our advertising options.

07

Tutto is not a dating service

Plain words: flirting is a permanent ban. No warnings.

Tutto exists so people can do activities together. It is not a dating or hookup platform. Using Tutto to pursue romantic or sexual connections, sending advances of that nature or behaving that way at activities is strictly prohibited and results in permanent removal without warning. This rule protects the trust that makes Tutto work.

08

Your content

Plain words: your content is yours. We take the minimum permission needed and nothing more.

You own the content you post on Tutto such as activity descriptions, messages and photos. So that the app can function you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, display and share that content within the service. That is the whole purpose of the licence. We do not sell your content and we do not claim ownership of it.

When you delete content it stops being visible in Tutto. Copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being removed. You are responsible for the content you post and it must not infringe anyone else's rights.

09

Costs and payments

Plain words: Tutto is free. Activity costs are between you and the host.

Downloading Tutto and joining activities is free. Some activities carry their own costs set by the host such as a class fee or a shared booking. Those costs are shown on the activity before you join and any payment for them happens between you and the host outside Tutto. We are not a party to those transactions.

10

What we do not allow

Plain words: the obvious things plus a few technical ones.

Do not use Tutto for anything illegal. Do not harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against anyone. Do not impersonate people or create fake activities. Do not post content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent or that exposes someone's private information. Do not use Tutto to promote goods or services without our approval. The community guidelines expand on all of this.

11

Suspension, removal and appeals

Plain words: we act on violations in steps and serious ones skip the steps. You can appeal.

Depending on severity we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account or permanently remove it. Serious violations such as safety threats, illegal activity or breaking the dating rule lead directly to permanent removal. You can delete your account yourself at any time from the app.

If you believe we got a decision wrong then write to hello@tutto.app with the details and we will review it and reply.

12

Service disclaimers

Plain words: we work hard on Tutto but provide it as is.

Tutto is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not promise the service will always be uninterrupted, error free or that any activity will take place as described. Map data is powered by OpenStreetMap contributors and we are not responsible for its accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

13

Limitation of liability

Plain words: our liability is limited to what the law allows us to limit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Tutto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for loss arising from the conduct of members, from activities you attend or host or from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

14

Indemnity

Plain words: if your breach of these terms causes us legal trouble then that is on you.

You agree to indemnify Tutto against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your content or your unlawful conduct in connection with the service.

15

Governing law and disputes

Plain words: Indian law applies. Talk to us first if something goes wrong.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service. Before taking formal steps please contact us at hello@tutto.app. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.

16

Changes to these terms

Plain words: we will tell you when terms change and old versions are available.

We may update these terms as Tutto evolves. For meaningful changes we will notify you through the app or this website before they take effect. Continuing to use Tutto after changes take effect means you accept them. Previous versions are available on request.

17

Contact

Plain words: a real inbox with real people.

For anything about these terms write to hello@tutto.app or reach us through the contact page.

These terms work together with our privacy policy, community guidelines and safety tips.
