The short version
Be real. One account and your actual self.
Show up. If you join a plan then be there or cancel early.
Zero tolerance. Harassment, hate or romantic advances end your account.
Post like you are in a public park. If it does not belong there then it does not belong here.
We enforce in steps. Warning, then suspension, then removal. Serious things skip the steps.
01
What Tutto is for
Plain words: real activities with real people. That is the whole product.
Tutto exists so your city can get together. Every rule here protects one thing: that when you tap join, the plan is real, the people are genuine and showing up feels safe. These guidelines are part of our terms & conditions and breaking them has consequences described at the end.
02
Be genuinely you
Plain words: your real self, one account, no fakes.
Use your real identity, keep one account and let your profile reflect who actually turns up. Do not impersonate anyone, do not create accounts for other people and do not post activities you have no intention of running. Fake profiles and fake plans poison the map for everyone.
03
Show up
Plain words: a join is a small promise. Keep it or cancel early.
When you join an activity, people plan around you. Hosts book courts and tables based on the count. If your plans change then cancel as early as you can so someone else gets your spot. Repeatedly joining and not showing up hurts the community and can lead to restrictions on your account.
04
Respect everyone
Plain words: kindness is the entry fee. Hate ends your account.
Treat people the way a good host treats guests. Harassment, bullying, threats and hate of any kind have no place on Tutto, whether based on gender, religion, caste, sexuality, disability, appearance or anything else people are. Disagreeing is fine. Being cruel is not. This applies in chats, on profiles and in person at activities.
05
Not a dating app
Plain words: flirting is a permanent ban. No warnings and no second accounts.
People come to Tutto to play football, sketch over chai and trek at sunrise. They do not come to be hit on. Romantic or sexual advances, in chat or in person, result in permanent removal without warning. This is the rule that keeps Tutto feeling safe, especially for women, and we enforce it without exceptions.
06
Host with care
Plain words: describe it honestly, welcome newcomers and run what you posted.
Hosting is a small act of leadership. Describe the plan accurately, state any costs upfront, pick venues you are allowed to use and show up early enough to greet people. Welcome the person who came alone. If you must cancel then do it as soon as you know so nobody travels for nothing.
07
What you can post
Plain words: the public park test. If you would not show it to strangers there, do not post it here.
Before posting anything, ask whether you would say or show it in a public park with strangers around. That test covers most of it. Not allowed under any framing: sexually explicit content, graphic violence, content that celebrates or promotes hate, anything involving illegal activity including the sale of drugs or weapons, other people's private information, dangerous misinformation and spam.
Content that breaks this section gets removed and depending on severity the account faces the consequences below.
08
Keep it community, not commerce
Plain words: organic activities are for people, not promotions.
The map is reserved for genuine community plans. Do not use activities, chats or your profile to advertise a business, sell products or recruit for schemes. If you run a café, a studio or events and want to reach the Tutto community the right way, our advertising options exist exactly for that.
09
Protect each other's privacy
Plain words: what happens in an activity stays with its people.
Do not share screenshots of private chats, do not post photos or recordings of members without their consent and do not collect or share anyone's contact details or whereabouts. If someone shares something personal with the group, treat it as theirs to share, not yours.
10
Reporting and consequences
Plain words: report in the app. We act in steps and serious things skip the steps.
If something feels wrong, report it directly in the app or write to hello@tutto.app. Every report is reviewed by a person. Depending on severity we issue a warning, temporarily suspend the account or remove it permanently. Threats to safety, illegal activity and breaking the dating rule lead straight to permanent removal.
If you believe we got a decision wrong, reply to the notice or email us with the details and we will take a second look and respond.
These guidelines work together with our terms & conditions, privacy policy and safety tips.
