Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 Last updated July 7 2026 Covers the Tutto app and website

The short version

Your location stays yours. We use it to show what is nearby. Other members never see your exact position.

We collect only what Tutto needs. No selling your data and no data brokers. Ever.

You are in control. See your data, fix it or delete your account and its data anytime.

Messages live inside activities. Only people in the same activity chat can read them.

Adults only. Tutto is 18 plus and we remove underage accounts.

01

What this policy covers

Plain words: this explains what we collect and why across the app and this website.

This policy describes how Tutto collects, uses and protects your information when you use our app or website. It works together with our terms & conditions. If anything here is unclear then ask us at hello@tutto.app and a real person will answer.

02

Information we collect

Plain words: what you give us, what you do on Tutto and basic device info.

Account details you provide when signing up, such as your name and the contact details used to log in. Profile information you choose to add, such as a photo and the interests you pick. Activity information, meaning the activities you host or join and your RSVPs. Messages you send in activity chats. Device and usage information, such as device type, app version, crash reports and how you interact with the app so we can fix and improve things.

Location gets its own section below because it deserves the full explanation.

03

Location, in detail

Plain words: location shows you what is nearby. It is never shown to anyone else.

Tutto uses your location for exactly one purpose: to show you activities happening near you and your own position on your own map. Your exact location is never displayed to other members. What others see is the venue of an activity, and only because you or a host chose that venue for the plan.

You control location permission from your phone settings at any time. If you turn it off, Tutto will ask you to pick an area manually so the map still has something to show you.

04

What other members can and cannot see

Plain words: your profile and shared activities are visible. Your location and contacts are not.

Members can see your profile name, your photo, the interests on your profile, activities you are hosting and the fact that you joined an activity they are also part of. People in the same activity chat can read the messages you send there.

Members can never see your exact location, your contact details, or anything you have not put on your profile. Your activity is visible only to the people who share that activity with you.

05

How we use your information

Plain words: to run Tutto, keep it safe and make it better. Not to sell you things.

We use your information to operate the service, meaning showing you nearby activities, handling joins and powering activity chats. To keep Tutto safe, meaning enforcing our community guidelines, reviewing reports and preventing fraud and abuse. To send you useful notifications such as activity updates and reminders, which you can control in settings. To improve the app using aggregated usage patterns. And to send service messages about your account.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third party advertising.

06

When we share information

Plain words: trusted providers who run our infrastructure, and the law when required. Nobody else.

We share information with service providers who help us run Tutto, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications and map services. They work under contracts that limit them to our instructions. A current list of these providers is available on request and will be published when we launch.

We may disclose information when the law validly requires it or when necessary to protect the safety of our members. If Tutto is ever part of a business change such as an acquisition, this policy continues to protect your data and any successor is bound by it. We never sell your data and we never share it with data brokers.

07

How long we keep it

Plain words: while your account exists. Delete it and your data follows on a schedule.

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a defined period, and copies clear from backups on a schedule shortly after. We will publish the exact timelines here before launch.

Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Aggregated statistics that identify nobody may be retained.

08

Your rights and controls

Plain words: see it, fix it, delete it. In the app or by email.

From the app you can edit your profile, manage permissions and delete your account. You also have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw consent and to complain to us or to the relevant authority.

We honour these rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and we extend the same courtesy to members everywhere. To exercise any of them write to hello@tutto.app.

09

Security

Plain words: strong protections and an honest caveat.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, restricted access inside our team and monitoring for unusual activity. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure and we will not pretend otherwise, but protecting your data is a responsibility we take personally. If you find a security issue please tell us at hello@tutto.app.

10

Children

Plain words: Tutto is 18 plus. Full stop.

Tutto is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone underage we remove the account and delete its data. If you believe a member is under 18 please report it in the app or write to us.

11

Changes to this policy

Plain words: we tell you before meaningful changes and keep old versions.

We may update this policy as Tutto evolves. For meaningful changes we will notify you through the app or this website before they take effect. The version and date at the top always reflect the current policy and previous versions are available on request.

12

Contact and grievance officer

Plain words: a named person is accountable for your privacy questions.

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights write to hello@tutto.app or use the contact page. As required under Indian law our grievance officer can be reached at the same address and we respond within the timelines the law sets. The officer's name will be published here at launch.

This policy works together with our terms & conditions, community guidelines and safety tips.
